Do you love chocolate? Well, now you can learn how to make your own chocolate bonbons by hand! Anne, the owner and chocolatier of The Chocolate Palette, will guide you as you learn to make make your own bonbons and bars to take home, while also getting to taste different chocolates. You will also learn about the science and history of cacao and bonbons.
