We are excited to open up our modern and stylish cafe space for all your event needs.  Whether you are looking to host a meeting, workshop, book club, holiday or birthday celebration, we have the perfect space for you!

Our space:  

   •     1000 square feet for your guests to enjoy, including 2 bathrooms and outdoor seating. 1200 square foot kitchen available as needed

   •     Inside seating capacity for 88 guests/ Max standing capacity: 175 persons

   •     Onsite catering and beverage service available

   •     Flexible seating and table configurations

 

Space Rental Fees: 

• 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm:$1200 (Cleaned up and out by 11 pm) 

*Price includes use of entire 3 cups cafe space, plus one attendant

*SERVERS can be added for $100.00 each

*18% gratuity will be added automatically for server(s)

*3 Cups delicious food and drink service is available for an additional cost, let’s talk!

Need to start your event earlier than 6:00pm?  No problem! Closing 3 Cups                        early will require an additional $200.00 per hour

•  Custom Event Hourly rates: $300.00 per hour • (Minimum 2 hours) 

•    We love non-profit organizations and are pleased to offer them discounted pricing to rent our space for community minded and educational events.  Please contact us for a custom price quote.
