Karen Evans of Sporophyte has always had a love of plants, and after moving to Brooklyn, NY she found terrariums were a perfect way to keep her green thumb alive without having access to an outdoor space.  She now lives in SLC and teaches terrarium classes as well as working as a freelance food stylist.
