HOW WOULD YOU FEEL IF YOU DISCOVERED STRESS IS ACTUALLY YOUR NEW BEST FRIEND?

In collaboration with Martha Knudson, an educator, lawyer, and consultant based in Salt Lake City, we are offering the opportunity to learn how to see stress as a powerful tool that can make us stronger, smarter, and happier —if—we learn to understand and embrace it.

Join us to explore the scientific link between our capacity for stress related growth and the power of our own mindset. In this accessible workshop we will lean:

*How stress is inseparable from the elements of your life and how it provides you with meaning and purpose

*Why your brain is built to learn from stress and how to harness this capacity

*How stress can provide you with focus, energy, and better health

*How to Manage stress in a way that strengthens relationships

Martha offers a unique combination of expertise in the science of Positive Psychology, the law, and business to help people, professionals, and organizations thrive. Martha earned her law degree in 1999, graduating Magna Cum Laude. She went on to practice law initially as a litigator, rising to the rank of partner in a Utah firm, and later as a general counsel to a leading national real estate management company. In 2015, while actively practicing law, Martha earned a master of Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, studying under Dr. Martin Seligman, the founder of the Positive Psychology movement. In addition to consulting, Martha continues to work with Dr. Seligman as a member of his graduate program’s teaching staff.
