ORIGIN STORY

 

One fateful morning, coffee-fanatic Lisa Dickman met then-barista Derek Belnap at a coffee shop. The two immediately hit it off over their shared passions (i.e. the pursuit of the perfect cup of coffee).

Lisa and Derek ended up together, had two amazing kids, and in 2014 co-founded 3 Cups in the exact former location of Lisa's father's Video Verns store.

While Lisa and Derek are no longer together, they remain dear friends, co-parents, and business partners.

We're relentless in our pursuit of unrivaled coffee. So we’ve partnered with Bellwether Coffee Appliances and are roasting our coffee beans in house.

We're particularly proud that our new roaster is an electric, ventless, zero-emissions commercial coffee roaster. With coffee being one of the most consumed beverages across the globe, we're committed to doing our part to protect our planet.
